How many memberships are you selling?
We're starting off with 300 memberships in the first 6 months.
We're a premium movement space and
we want to make sure we can live up to
the service quality we're aiming for.
What will be the gym's opening hours?
The gym will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekends & holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
I'm a personal training client. Should I take a membership?
In the first six months, we'll continue our offering from the personal training studio. However, if you like extra acces to the open gym, sauna or group classes, we're very happy to have you as an early bird member.
How do I become
a member?
If you're new to our club, you can book an intake here. We’ll give you a tour of our health(y) hub and get you all set up.
If you've been a member before, you can reactivate your membership through zweet.club/memberships

Can I take a break?
Injured or travelling? You can temporarily pause your membership based on the following terms:
· Possible after your first 12 weeks
of training.
· Two breaks every contractual year.
· 4 week pauzes, no questions asked.
· ‘Free’month added at the end of
the membership

How do I cancel my membership?
We hate to see you go. Let’s have a chat about it: Book a farewell call with one of the coaches through the clubplanner app. You can also cancel your membership via email at hello@zweet.gent before the 20th of the month of cancellation.
We always recommend taking a break first though: You can pauze your membership two times per contractual year in four week increments, 28 days in a row. We’ll add a month at the end of your membership period.
Can I bring a friend?
We’d love that! You can bring a friend once every month for free. If they decide to sign up on the same day, they don’t pay any registration fees. Want to gift someone a free day of health and a €75 bonus? Get them in through your app.
Can I cancel my class?
Members have unlimited classes, but we appreciate cancelling 2 hours in advance in order to keep things interesting for everyone.
Class packs can cancel classes up until 2 hours in advance, afterwards your session is billed.
Personal training sessions need to be cancelled 12h in advance and at a maximum of 25% of the paid period.
